Today, Boomtown is announcing a brand new addition to our Substack publication: an online forum — Boomtown Chat — for paid subscribers.
We’ve set up this conversation space exclusively for paid subscribers to dive deeper into our latest stories. We will post short prompts, thoughts, and updates that come our way, and invite you to be a part of the discussion.
The Chat is only available for paid subscribers. If you’d like to join the conversation, but aren’t yet a paid subscriber, you can update your subscription in your settings (use this link for instructions).
We hope you’ll consider supporting us through a paid Boomtown subscription. Your contribution helps us to keep our stories free for all to read and share, and supports Boomteam in our efforts to tell the deeper stories that affect us as citizens of Los Alamos.
Two ways to join Boomtown Chat
For the easiest way to join our chat, you’ll need to download the Substack app, now available for both iOS and Android. Chats are sent via the app, not email, so turn on push notifications so you don’t miss conversation as it happens.
You can also go to the Chat tab on Boomtown’s homepage, or by clicking the Chat link here: Join Boomtown Chat!
How to download the app to use Chat
Download the app by clicking this link or the button below. Substack Chat is now available on both iOS and Android.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for our chat inside.
That’s it! If you have any issues, check out Substack’s FAQ.
