Breaking news: Internet outage in Los Alamos

Verizon, Comcast, and other services are down

The outage continues. No cause has been identified.

Boomtown has not been able to confirm the cause of the outage, or how long it will last.

A Los Alamos County spokesperson also clarified that 911 calls are being routed through Santa Fe dispatch.

Internet and cellular providers in Los Alamos and White Rock are currently experiencing an outage. Affected providers include Comcast, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Redi-net.

A Los Alamos Police Department spokesperson confirmed that landline and 911 service in the county are operational. The cause of the outage is under investigation.
